This combination conveyor adds the robustness proportioned by the structure and easy use of the TUL model because of its frame dimensions, enabling adaptation to any situation and the maximum robustness and structural strength of the TCL model, designed for the transport of large capacities and permitting considerable distances in the openings between supports.

Both frames are made with UPN laminated profiles and angles, diagonally braced and welded lengthways in the TUL model and in the TCL model transversely, forming a frame and reticular trellis, giving a large number of installation possibilities.

The intermediate frames are constructed in modules with the intention of making transport and installation at the client as easy as possible, as well as the possibility to adapt to any length, positioning and combination of both types of frame.

The carrying idlers are bridled over the frame, permitting, in a simple way, the modification of its distribution and position for correct centering and aligning of the belt.

The drums are made of cylindrical laminated metal sheet, mechanized to the tail drum and stuck to the drive. The shafts of the drums are fixed to the interior cylindrical metal tube cubes, using conical rings and SN type supports with bearings to the frame.

Standard belt widths are of 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400mm. Special project widths of 1600 mm are being studied.

Maximum transport capacity of about 1200 t/h, depending on densities.
