Tripper

The tripper is a complement for the conveyor belts to unload the product along its entire length.

The tripper is a mobile element that moves through the conveyor with rails located on the conveyor frame, allowing the product to be unloaded at any point of the conveyor or in different silos or logs.

The dimensions of width and height, capacity and transport speed will depend on the product and the specific needs of each installation.

The tripper can download to one side or both sides.

It is also possible to include an electric or neumatic by-pass to select the discharge side.

Sometimes these tripper conveyors are placed in the existing trusses maximizing the volume of stock.

In addition, a reversible conveyor can be installed on the tripper to unload the material at a greater distance, creating more volume of stock.
